As the track sways and swoons with an almost unbearable poignancy, the figure of Kramies blurs and multiplies, drenched in multi-coloured light, as the song is caressed by fuzz bass and gorgeous synth textures. ‘Sea Otter Cottage’ is taken from Kramies acclaimed new EP The Wooden Heart, which features the production and instrumental talents of Jason Lytle of Grandaddy fame, along with the inimitable production and additional instrumentation of Robert Pollard co-conspirator Todd Tobias. The ‘Sea Otter Cottage’ music video was produced by Hidden Shoal’s Cam Merton with camera work by Jason Bump and lighting design by Alex Reshetniak.
