Hidden Shoal Recordings Sign Italian Post Rock Outfit Dilatazione
Hidden Shoal Recordings, today announced the signing of Italian Cinephile Post Rockers Dilatazione for the digital release of their first album, “Too Emotional for Maths”.
In a cross hemisphere collaboration, Hidden Shoal Recordings will partner with Italian label, Slowmotionpinguino to see “Too Emotional for Maths” released on cd in Europe and digitally across the world.
“Too Emotional for Maths” will be available as a digital pre-release on the 11th of November in the HSR Store to co-incide with the European cd release. The album will be officially released in December and available in Itunes, eMusic and Sony Connect stores globally.

"Gulag! 25.9.98" by Enargeia Pre Released and Available Now
Hidden Shoal Recordings have pre released “Gulag! 25.9.98” by Australian ambient industrial pioneers Enargeia.
“Gulag! 25.9.98” is the second release by Enargeia through Hidden Shoal Recordings and is the first in a series of live recordings that will be released through 2006/2007. The album documents a performance recorded live at the now defunct Perth performance space, Wizbah and gives an insight into the sprawling and intense sonic terraforming machine that is Enargeia.

Hidden Shoal Recordings is proud to announce the signing of the wonderful US ambient artist Slow Dancing Society, aka Drew Sullivan. Slow Dancing Society’s first release through HSR, “The Sound of Lights When Dim”, is a sumptuous slow ride to blissville. A favourite around the label offices here and soon to be a very popular release we believe.
